Dispatch Timeline

Ready-to-Ship Orders: We will dispatch your order within 3-5 business days from the order date.
Pre-Orders / Customised Orders: We will dispatch your order within 15-20 business days from the order date.
Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We ask you to allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Free shipping will be offered for all orders above ₹2,999 within India.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 5-7 business days.
Express Delivery: Estimated 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping Policy

Charges will be based on the cumulative weight and destination of the order.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 7-12 business days.
Express Delivery: Estimated 5-7 business days (additional charges apply).
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, Nyladesigns.in does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipments will only be sent to valid physical addresses within India.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking details and contact information for the delivery partner will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While Nyladesigns.in cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays, we are committed to helping you track and resolve any issues to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nyladesigns.in will not be responsible for customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Nyladesigns.in will not be liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
