Size Exchange Policy

Return Window:
To initiate a size exchange, the product must be returned by the customer within one day of receiving it. Tracking details must be provided within two days of order receipt.

Condition of Return:
The product must be unused, with all original tags intact, and free from any damage.

Replacement Process:
Your replacement product will be shipped once we have received and inspected your initial order to ensure it meets the return conditions.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges for the replacement product must be paid by the customer.

No Exchange for Customisation Orders:
Please note that customised orders are not eligible for exchange.

No Returns Policy:
